You’re spending hard-earned money to keep a member of your family safe, and we take that incredibly seriously. We want to share with you our approach so you can feel confident that your dog is getting the best possible care with the best possible team.

  • Our staff puts a ton of thought into your dog’s care while they stay with us. Our facility has six different play areas as well as individual rooms for our boarding clients. In addition to all of this, our clients will receive a daily report card, so you know what services they received, where they spent the most time, what their play style and temperament were like, and we’ll make sure to communicate any concerns or important information with you in writing via this report card as well. For dogs who need meals at daycare or medication, we physically document this so you know it happened.

  • We have camera feeds running that are available to all clients.

  • We work with our clients to ensure they’re getting the services they paid for and that they’re paying for services their dog actually needs.
