SAFETY FIRST!
To keep our dogs happy and healthy,
we have implemented the following measures:
-
Each time you send your dog to us, we’ll create a report card that reviews their day, including their overall temperament, the name of their handler, their doggy best friend, the room where they spent the most time, as well as photos of your dog in action!
-
All dogs must undergo group observation before attending daycare.
-
Bordetella, DAPP, Rabies required for all dogs, and auto-tracked to maintain compliance.
-
Matching dog playstyles and organizing multiple groups keeps our pups friendly!
-
Owners can log in on our camera network and watch their pup frolic during the day,
-
All staff complete rigorous program, including 20 observation hours & first aid certification.
-
You won’t find a more sparkling daycare- we clean minimum 6x per day, including a daily facility disinfection using EPA-registered, non-toxic disinfectants specifically designed for animal care facilities.
-
We don’t take chances - dogs exhibiting behavior that may cause injury cannot attend.
Some more details about our screening process and safety guidelines
We take our responsibility to your pet extremely seriously, and we also believe in transparency. Please note that in order to be accepted into Wag Watch, all dogs and dog parents must complete some paperwork and schedule a “meet and greet” appointment with our manager. This is to ensure the safety and happiness of all the dogs and to keep our staff safe. Meet and greet appointments with dog owners and dogs are generally scheduled between 5 PM and 5:30 PM on weekdays with our manager, and we would absolutely LOVE to meet you.
