If you don't have safety for dogs in your care, you should not be in the dog care business.
Everything we do prioritizes safety first, even if that means we lose a client or lose money. We have created capacity limits for all of our programming, and before a dog and their dog parent enters our facility for even a visit, they must fill out a detailed questionnaire and provide health and vaccination information about their dog. If a dog’s temperament, either from their detailed history or from observation on site, does not match the expectations we have for the Wag Watch community, they will not be able to come stay with us. Our data management system monitors the expiration dates of all required vaccinations, and as soon as those vaccinations expire, a client will be informed to get those vaccinations updated before they can book any more services.
Our staff monitors the interactions between different dogs and takes notes in our system so the dogs that match in energy can be grouped together, dogs that might be a bit nervous can get the one-on-one care or quick breaks they need, and best friends can get lots of time together.
